Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your trap must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used — even once. In the Note field, confirm that your trap is unopened and in its original packaging.

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.

Items sent back without first submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@vulcanpest.com. We'll cover return shipping and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@vulcanpest.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
